Shipping Type
Day One uses priority mail for all shipping. Please allow 5-7 business days from shipped date.
Shipping Time
Please allow 1-2 days for the order to process and fulfill. Once shipped the customer will recieve a verification email. Please allow up to 5-7 business days to recieve your order from the shipped date.
Shipping Costs
Day One charges $7.99 shipping costs on all orders up to $63 and $9.75 on orders up to $100. All orders over $100 get free shipping!
Shipping Carrier
Day One uses either USPS and UPS when shipping orders.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Day Once accepts the return of unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of purchase. To request a return/exchange please contact us at info@decidedayone.com
Once approved for return we will provide a paid shipping label. Original shipping costs are nonrefundable. Customer will have 15 days after approval to return the purchase, if not returned a refund will not be made.
